Use of Services

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Services.

Compliance:

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. The services are to be compliant with TRAI guidelines.

Prohibited Uses:

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements or spam.
• Engaging in any activity that is harmful to Acquirit or its customers.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

Account and Security

Account Creation:

To use certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Fees

Fees:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described in your order or service agreement.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be specified in your order or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Late Payments:

Late payments may be subject to interest and collection fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for non-payment.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the Services.

Termination

Termination by You:

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by providing written notice to us.

Termination by Us:

Effect of Termination:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any outstanding fees will become due.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquirit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Acquirit, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT, 1996, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
